How to Provide a Qualified Photo?
High-quality photos must meet the following conditions:
1. Soft and even lighting – Avoid overly dark photos that lose detail, and also avoid overexposure. Insufficient lighting will directly affect the detailed rendering of facial features.
2. Frontal angle recommended – Fully showcasing the facial contours (including the forehead and ears). Side profile or half-face photos will only show partial features in the finished product.
3. Ensure image clarity – The higher the resolution, the better. Please note that photos will be compressed during the production process, and some minor features may not be fully preserved.

Order Modification and Cancellation Policy
We support modifications to color, size, images, or cancellation/refund requests before the order enters production. Please contact customer service with your order number and specific requirements.
Once customized products enter the production stage (i.e., design and production have begun), they cannot be cancelled or modified. If you insist on canceling your order at this time, a 30% customization resource occupancy fee will be charged per item, as personalized products cannot be resold.
Shipping Address Change:
You can contact customer service at any time before the order ships. Please provide both the original address and the new address.Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards. Products are priced in USD; your issuing bank will automatically convert the price to your local currency at the real-time exchange rate.

Standard production and shipping cycle: 7-9 business days
Domestic shipping: 8-15 business days after shipment
International shipping: Delivery time varies depending on destination (typically 15-25 business days)
Note: Production time may be longer during holidays.
International Shipping Service:
We offer worldwide shipping! Production cycle remains the same; shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. Depending on the customs policies of each country, the recipient may be liable for applicable customs duties.
Important Note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be switched between domestic and international shipping methods.
