Payment and Order Management

To ensure transaction security and convenience, we currently primarily support the following payment methods:

• Online payment via credit/debit card
• PayPal account payment

We accept multiple currencies (GBP/USD/AUD/CAD/EUR). The order modification window is within 2 hours of placing the order. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact customer service within this timeframe.

Important Note: Customized orders that have entered the production process cannot be cancelled. Shipped orders are subject to return and exchange policies.

Logistics and Delivery

We provide door-to-door delivery service to most parts of the world. After shipment, you will receive a notification containing a tracking code, which you can use to track the logistics status in real time. If you have not received your package beyond the estimated delivery time, we recommend contacting your local post office for verification. For special needs, please contact customer service.

Note: Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment. Customers are responsible for any package loss due to incorrect recipient information.

1. Packages lost due to incorrect recipient information cannot be resent or refunded.

2. Color differences exist between different electronic devices; the actual product may slightly differ from the displayed image.

3. Damage caused by improper use (such as strong pressure, contact with dyed materials, etc.) is not covered by insurance.

4. It is recommended to confirm details such as material and size with customer service before placing an order.
