I. Return Conditions

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, etc.).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Discounted items and gift cards.
III. Return Process
Submit an Application: Please contact customer service at support@kibifig.com to submit a return application.
Review and Shipping: If approved, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions including the specified return address.
Returning Goods: Please send the goods to the following address:
Return Address: 585 Waterfall Bay Road, Waterfall Bay, Southern District, Hong Kong. Please do not return goods without prior application; such packages will not be accepted.
IV. Shipping Costs
If the return is initiated by the consumer due to personal reasons, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific amount will be based on the rates of your chosen courier company.
If the return is due to our reasons (such as damaged goods, wrong shipment, etc.), we will bear the relevant return shipping costs.
